Learn Hebrew uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage. Here's what each one does.
Essential (always on)
These make the app work and don't need consent:
Your settings and progress (browser local storage): the children's profiles, progress, interface language and your cookie choice, saved on this device.
Sign-in (Firebase Authentication, browser storage): keeps a parent signed in.
Statistics (only with your consent)
Google Analytics (the _ga and _ga_* cookies): anonymous counts of how the app is used (for example, how many lessons are finished) so we can improve it. Kept up to 14 months. Never used for advertising: ad features and ad personalisation are switched off.
No advertising cookies
Learn Hebrew has no ads and uses no advertising cookies.
Your choice
When you first open Learn Hebrew you can choose "Accept statistics" or "Essential only". You can change your choice at any time from the Cookies link at the bottom of the welcome screen or in the Parents area. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.
